Water Heater Maintenance

During your maintenance visit, your plumber will complete a full inspection for the following:

Flush system to remove buildup.
Check for leaks and inspect safety valves.
Clean burner, pilot, and heat exchanger.
Inspect venting and flue for proper draft.
Test water temperature and thermostat.
Assess pressure relief and safety valves.
Examine wiring, connections, and grounding.
Check for error codes, corrosion, and gas pressure.
Inspect anode rod (tank) and flow sensor (tankless).
Review overall safety and compliance.

Whole Home Maintenance

During your maintenance visit, your plumber will complete a full inspection for the following:
